Items are returnable within 10 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in unused, unwashed and undamaged condition in its original packaging. Click here to start your return.

We do not accept returns on certain products like panties due to sanitary reasons.

Sale items (if applicable) and Gift cards cannot be refunded.

Refunds may be applicable if an item is received in damaged condition or missing parts for reasons due to our error.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 to 10 business days.
