Where can I buy DBY merchandise?

The only place where you can browse our latest releases and purchase the products is on the official DBY website, www.delicatesbyyvonne.com. We offer an easy, flexible and intuitive shopping experience.

How do I place an order on the DBY online store?

  • Simply browse the website by selecting Jewelry,  Underwear or Nighties to view the entire selection of products. 
  • Should you see something you like, click on the main product image and you’ll be taken to the product page where you’ll be able to view more information on the product regarding the materials and care instructions
  • When you are ready, simply select the size and quantity and click on ‘Add to Cart’ for it to be added to your shopping cart
  • Continue the above steps until you’re ready to checkout
  • Simply follow the step-by-step instructions for delivery and payment sections before clicking on ‘Submit’ to complete the order
  • When your order has been successfully submitted, a confirmation page will display your order number. A proof of the purchase will be sent to the email address you provided (this is your email confirmation). You can then continue to browse our website or close your browser

What size am I?

If you need to see which size is best for you, please check the product page - size chart is either provided in the description or as an image. Please note, measurements may differ by 2 to 5cm. 

I have a discount code, how do I use it?

To apply your code, enter it in the appropriate field during the payment step of checkout. Only one discount or promotional code can be used at a time.

An item/size is marked “Out of Stock”. What does that mean?

If the size shows “Out of Stock”, it means that we do not currently have any units available. Do check back within the next 2 – 3 weeks to see if the item is in stock. Meanwhile, hang in there and we do apologize for the wait.

Product Availability

DBY strives to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. However, in some instances an item indicated as available on the website may be temporarily out of stock by the time your order is being processed and fulfilled.

In this case we will notify you by email within 3 business days, from the order date, to arrange for the backorder to be shipped out to you in a separate parcel at our cost.

Product Pricing

Product prices reflected on our website may differ each day. This is because most of our items are sourced from China. As suppliers update their prices, this is automatically reflected on our site. So some item costs may either decrease or increase each day.

Colors displayed online

While every effort has been taken to display the true color of our products as accurately as possible on the images shown on our website, the display color may slightly vary on your monitor with the actual product. Hence, we cannot guarantee any color you see will be 100% accurate to the final product.

Where's my order?

Note that most items ship from China and may take 3 to 7 business days after being placed to process. After your order has processed, it will be shipped and you'll receive an email confirmation with the tracking number. Please note that your tracking number may take 1-2 business days to become active. Your order should generally arrive within 15 to 30 days of shipment. Expedited orders should arrive within 2 weeks of shipment. Orders may arrive in multiple packages because products are from different suppliers. As we grow, we will strive to improve the order fulfillment process to significantly shorten wait time. Thank you for your patience.

Try-On Tips

Underwear: Please try on all underwear pieces over top of your own underwear or pair of tights to be safe. Please note that underwear is non-returnable.

Nighties: Please try-on clothes in a clean environment. Soiled or damaged items cannot be returned.
